As standard practice, Porter offers the following service levels for its provision of service. These terms and conditions may differ per website or agreement. Should this be the case, then it will be outlined in your agreement:

  • Hosting: uptime guarantee: 99.991%.
  • Support can be reached by telephone Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
  • Response time for service and support: within twelve hours during support department office hours (Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. CET).
  • The emergency number for technical malfunctions is reachable 24/7/365.
